Ball grinding mill is the traditional key milling equipment for material regrinding after coarse crushing, and it is widely used in cement, silicate products, new building materials, chemical, pharmacy, metallurgy, electric power, refractory, ferrous metals and non-ferrous metals, ore-dressing, glass and ceramics industry. Ball mill grinder can also be used in the dry or wet grinding on a variety of ores and other materials can be grinded. The grinding mode of ball mill can be divided into dry-type and wet-type.
The Ball Mill Grinder is formed with feeding part, discharging part, rotary part, transmission part (speed reducer, small transmission gear, electric motor, electric control) and other main parts. The hollow shaft of the ball mill is made up by cast steel, and the inside lining of it is removable, while the rotary gear of it is processed by casting gear, and the anti-abrasion liner is inlaid in the cylinder body, therefore, the ball mill enjoys a good abrasion resistance. The ball mill has a smooth running and reliable operation. Dry-type ball mill and wet grid ball mill can be selected according to the discharging way.

Raw materials enter into the first mill warehouse through hollow shaft from feeder device spirally and evenly. There is ladder liner or corrugated liner in the first warehouse, and the liner is built with steel ball with different specifications. The rotating cylinder produces centrifugal force which brings the ball to a certain height, and when the steel ball falls down, it brings severe crushing and impact on the material. After the coarse grinding in the first warehouse, the materials will be fed into the second warehouse through monolayer partition panel, and the flat liner and steel balls in the second warehouse can give the materials a further grinding, finally, powders will be discharged through grate plate and complete the grinding operation.
