Cement Mill
The cement mill is horizontal cylindrical rotation device driven by brim gear wheel, with two chambers and grids. Materials will be sent into the first chamber through the feeding inlet, and there are stage liners, ripple liners, as well as various kinds of steel balls inside the first chamber. The shell rotates to generate eccentricity, and this force brings balls to a certain height, and then balls drop down by gravity. After the primary grinding in the first chamber, materials will be sent into the second chamber through segregate screen. In the second chamber, there are flat liners and steel section, and after the secondary grinding, finished material will be discharged through the discharging mouth.
Cement mill is composed of feeding part, discharging part, rotation part and driving part (gear box, small transmission gearwheel, motor and electric control). The central hollow shaft is made up of cast steel, and the inner liner can be changed, and there are wearable liners with favorable anti-wear ability in the body. Reliability and stability are the main advantages of this equipment.
Cement mill is widely used for dry or wet grinding of cement raw materials.
