Ore Tube Drier
The ore tube dryer is a new type of energy-efficient drying equipment independently developed and produced by Hongxing Machinery based on years of accumulated technology, continuous research and exploration, and this type of drying equipment has features of small footprint, reasonable structure, good efficiency, low energy consumption, convenient operation, etc. The tail of the ore tube dryer has a heat recovery device so that the energy will not be wasted. The ore tube dryer is the pipe structure with thermal conductivity which can indirectly dry the materials, and the materials can pass through the heat exchange tube to achieve sufficient contact with the heat source, and the water vapor generated by the drying process can be discharged from the top of the ore tube dryer timely. This kind of drying equipment is mainly used for drying materials like sawdust, wood chips, tofu residues, cassava residues, sweet potato residues, fruit residues, etc.
Different material should adopt different drying method according to material nature. Several factors shall be noted in the drying process: the amount of water vapory, fuel consumption, air consumption and exhaust gas. Therefore, users shall select suitable dryer, blowers, cited fan, dust collector and other equipment, and determine the area of combustion chamber based on above factors. The choice of drying equipment/drying device shall primarily consider the characteristics of the material to be dried and the moisture content requirement of the product to be dried. If the air heat in the combustion chamber and mixing chamber increases to a certain amount, its relative humidity will also has a corresponding decrease to a certain degree accordingly, therefore, the moisture content of its steam can be calculated.
