Compound crusher is composed of the transmission, principle axis, barrel, upper cover and base etc. The main axis is driven by the motor through the trapezoid triangle. A hammer is installed in the principle axis and the materials can fall into the machine from the upper feeding inlet, then drop by gravity. Materials will be crushed by a series of continuous impact by high-speed rotating hammer and discharged from the lower discharging hole.
Materials fall vertically into high-speed rotating impeller from the machine . After mutual impact, they would impact, rub and smash with each other under eddy current formed by the materials between impeller and chassis, and then discharged directly from the lower part. A closed multi-circulation has been formed and the screening equipment controls it to get the finished products with demand granularity.
