Electromagnetic Vibrating Feeder
Introduction
The electromagnetic vibrating feeder is used to deliver materials from the storage bin or other storing equipment to receiving equipment in uniform or quantitative way. It is the necessary equipment in achieving assembly-line automation. The electromagnetic vibrating feeder can be divided into open type and closed type; and it can be divided into hanging electromagnetic vibrating feeder and desktop electromagnetic vibrating feeder according to installation way.
The electromagnetic vibrating feeder has the features of simple structure, easy to operation and low power consumption. Generally speaking, electromagnetic vibrating feeder is suitable for loose materials. On the basis of performance requirements, the configuration should be designed to minimize the pressure of the material in tank. According to the requirements of the manufacturers, the effective discharging port of storage bin shall not be greater than the width of a quarter of the groove, and the flow rate of the material should be controlled within 6-18m/min. For large-size materials, high block ore board should be set at the bottom discharging port. In order not to affect the performance, the block ore board shall not be fixed on the tank.
