Introduction to Crushing Production Line 

The general process of crushing production line process is as follows: (silo)-feeder-jaw crusher-impact crusher-vibrating screen-(finished product). Machines are connected by conveyors.

First of all, stones are evenly sent to coarse crusher by feeder for preliminary crushing, and crude materials are transmitted to impact crusher by belt conveyor for further crushing, then the materials after fine crushing will be sent into the vibrating screening, which will produce stones with different specifications, and the stones does not meet the size requirements will be sent back into the impact crusher for secondary crushing.
